{"id":406,"date":"2016-12-08T14:10:21","date_gmt":"2016-12-08T14:10:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/woodlandburial.org.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=406"},"modified":"2025-06-21T15:44:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-21T14:44:38","slug":"interment-request","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/woodlandburial.org.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=406","title":{"rendered":"Interment Request"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Request a burial, burial of ashes or scattering of ashes<\/h2>\n<p>You can either <strong>print an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/woodlandburial.org.uk\/Forms\/interment_req.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Interment Request form<\/a><\/strong> and send it to us by post or <strong>complete your\u00a0<a href=\"\/Forms\/interment_req.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application online<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0If you need help, please <a href=\"https:\/\/woodlandburial.org.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=516\">Contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Before you complete your application, you should check what variety of <a href=\"http:\/\/woodlandburial.org.uk\/Forms\/Memorials.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Memorial Tree<\/a> you would like.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid any delay, we recommend you telephone us \u00a0on 07739 806898 to check available dates before you complete your application.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: red;\"><strong>You will need to provide us with a &#8216;Green Form&#8217; (issued by the Registrar) or, in the case of burial or scattering of ashes, a copy of the Cremation Certificate before\u00a0interment can take place.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>We are not currently able to accept card payments so you will need to pay the appropriate fee by cheque or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheques<\/strong> should be made payable to <strong>Yealmpton Woodland Burial Association<\/strong> and sent to:<\/p>\n<p>Yealmpton Woodland Burial Association, Yealmpton Community Centre, Stray Park, Yealmpton, Devon, PL8 2HF<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bank Transfer<\/strong>: \u00a0 Please telephone 07739 806898 for bank details.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: red;\"><strong>We must receive full payment before the proposed interment date.
