BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

You Don’t Have to Walk Through Grief Alone

Losing someone you love can feel incredibly isolating, and navigating the days that follow is often overwhelming. If you are grieving, please know that you do not have to carry this weight by yourself. The Yealm Bereavement Support Group is a safe, gentle, and confidential space to meet others who truly understand what you are going through. There is no pressure to speak, no timeline for your grief, and no right or wrong way to feel. You are welcome to share your story or simply sit and listen. No prior booking is required—just come as you are. For more information please contact Terry Milam on 07727 266979

The Association became a Registered Charity in April 2025.  Charity No: 1212995.

The Association remains unchanged in most respects but its charitable status confirms its role as a non-profit-making organisation.  Its Objects are given below.

The Objects of the Charity are for the public benefit: (a) to provide and maintain a natural woodland burial site for the primary benefit of the residents of Yealmpton and the surrounding area; and (b) the conservation and protection of the natural environment by protecting and nurturing the flora, fauna and biodiversity of the natural woodland burial site for the benefit of the local community.
